Tuition Updates

Dear Families,

We hope this message finds you well. We want to thank you for your continued trust and support of Sarah’s Day Care Center. It truly means so much to us to partner with you in caring for your children.

As our program continues to grow, we are making a small adjustment to our tuition payment timeline to help us plan staffing, supplies, and daily operations more smoothly. This update will take effect on May 1, 2026.

Updated Tuition Payment Timeline:

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Families may choose to pay ½ on the 1st and ½ on the 15th. We kindly ask that tuition be paid in full by the 15th of the month; a two-day grace period will be provided. Any remaining balance after the 17th will result in a late fee of 4% of the outstanding balance or $10.00, whichever is greater. Late fees will be applied weekly until the balance is paid.

This change is simply meant to create consistency and ensure we can continue providing the level of care your children deserve. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re always happy to help.
